Brookside Village offers two-bedroom two-bath homes and three-bedroom two-bath homes apartments, ranging from 1014-1164sqft.

 Current pricing is starting at $2,174 for two bedrooms and $2,699 for three bedrooms. The price is base rent only.

 Our homes are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full size in-home washer and dryers, spacious floor plans, 9-foot vaulted ceilings in second and third floor homes. Our community amenities include our fitness center, pool and spa, brand new gas grill, corn hole, ping pong, basketball court, playground and our off-leash dog park.

 Yes, we are a pet friendly property allowing up to two pets per home. Breed restrictions may apply. We do also accept ESA animals with proper documentation. For one pet we require a $250 non-refundable fee and a $250 refundable deposit. For two pets, we required $375 non-refundable fee and a $375 refundable deposit. There is a $50 pet rent per pet.

We start leases at 12 months. At renewal we are flexible depending on availability, to do a short-term lease or a month-to-month option.

Parking is first come first serve throughout the community. You have an option to reserve a carport for $65 a month or a garage for $150 a month. Only two reserved parking spots are allowed per home.

No utilities are included in the base rent price. Residents are charged separately each month for water, garbage, sewer, HOA fees and common area gas and electric. You will be billed by PSE directly for your gas and electricity.

Yes, Brookside Village is a gated community with one way in and one way out. We also have additional security patrolling throughout the night.

Brookside Village is in Federal Way School District. Which includes, Valhalla Elementary School, Kilo Middle School and Thomas Jefferson High School.

 We are located near I-5 with connections to 167. There are bus stops right in front of our property, connecting you to the Federal Way transit station and light rail.

 Everything you can think of is within a 5-mile radius! Grocery stores (Safeway, Walmart, Winco, Costco, Trader Joes), Auburn Outlet Collection, The Commons Mall, several restaurants and fast food options, skating rink, bowling alley and so much more!

Dash Point beach and park is just a few miles away, numerous city parks including spray parks, soccer and baseball fields.
